CANCELLATION POLICY
To help further assist you, please call 512-648-1161♡ Booking, late, & cancellation policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms ♡ - To secure your appointment, a card must be kept on file. Payment is due at the time of your service. If you fail to show up, cancel, or reschedule within 24 hours, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. -A 6-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive after this window, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you arrive within the grace period, your service time may be shortened. -Reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the website or by contacting Neko Wax via phone. -No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged a 50% fee, which cannot be applied to future appointments. These policies are in place to ensure fairness to both other clients and myself by maintaining an efficient schedule.
