CANCELLATION POLICY
To help further assist you, please call 512-648-1161♡ Booking, cancellation, late & GRACE policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms ♡ -A 50% deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit goes toward your service total and is not an extra fee. -If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited. -Arriving more than 6 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. -If you contact me at least 24 hours in advance (call, text, or voicemail), your deposit may be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. Deposits/fees are only forfeited for no-shows or same-day cancellations without notice. These policies are in place to ensure fairness to both other clients and myself by maintaining an efficient schedule.
